Master developer Nakheel signed a contract for new shopping, dining, and construction of Deira Mall.

Nakheel confirmed that the United Engineering Construction (UNEC) will build a contract worth AED4.2bn, the largest shopping mall in the UAE in terms of leasable space. Construction will start in the first quarter of 2018 and will be completed in 2021.
Deira Shopping Center, which is part of Nakheel Malls' expansion of the AED16bn and will increase its total retail area over 158 hectares, will have more than 1,000 stores, cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues in 42 hectares of leasable area, and a 35-story multi-storey car park. parking spaces.
